With a strong presence in North India, Company ensure products are widely available to meet the snacking needs of customers. These rusks, produced under both Crazy Snacks and Crazy Bakery Udyog, are a key part , offering a convenient snack for customers. Apart from this, 2 manufacturing facilities are strategically located to serve customers effectively across these regions. Extensive distribution network consisting of more than 1795 distributors helps Company in covering urban and rural areas of North India extensively.Company is planning an Initial Public Issue aggregating upto 69,98,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10/ each comprising a Fresh Issue of 56,00,000 Equity Shares and 13,98,000 Equity Shares through Offer for Sale.
