Geekay Wires Ltd Company Summary

Geekay Wires Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company as Geekay Wires Private Limited on July 25, 1989. The Company was taken over by the present Promoters, the Kandoi Family in 2012. The Companys status was changed to Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Geekay Wires Limited on January 13, 2017.

Located at Hyderabad, the Company engaged in manufacturing of niche quality Galvanized Steel Wires which find applications in Power Transmission, Cable & Conductor, General Engineering, Construction etc. The Company operate first manufacturing Unit I in Medak Dist. of Telangana.

Second manufacturing unit is located at Muppireddypally, in Medak District of Telangana. The Company has an installed capacity of 35,000 MTS P.A of Galvanized Steel Wires in various grades & sizes and 25,000 MTS PA of Nails & 10,000 MTS PA of Stainless Steel Nuts & Bolts for manufacturing of the above products.The Company has recently completed expansion project at Isnapur Village, Medak District thereby taking its installed capacity to 45,000 MTS from 15,000 MTS p.a. Further It has also commenced the process of setting up nails manufacturing unit at Muppireddypally, Toopran, Medak with an proposed aggregate installed capacity of 10,000 MTS p.a.In 2016, the Company increased their installed production capacity at our Unit I from 15,000 MTS to 18,000 MTS; it completed construction at Unit II for purposes of manufacturing Wire Nails in 2017 and started the production.

In 2017-18, it further increased installed production capacity at the Unit I from 18,000 MTS to 24,000 MTS.On 27 July 2017, Company came up with a public issue of 33,32,000 of face value Rs 10 each and raised Rs 11 Crores through fresh issue. A new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility has been commissioned at Wadiaram for the production of Galvanised Wires, enhancing the installed capacity by 18,000 MT per annum in 2025.During the year 2025, the Company added a new main object of Transportation Logistic Services by Amendment in the Memorandum.
