Subsequently, Company changed its status to a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to Hannah Joseph Hospital Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 29, 2022. Company is being promoted by Mosesjoseph Arunkumar (Neurosurgeon at Hospital), and Fenn Kavitha Fenn Arunkumar (Consultant Psychiatrist at Hospital).Recognizing the demand for increased bed capacity and lack of space, the hospital was relocated in year 2020.
