Cronosglobal Investments & Holdings Private Limited become holding Company of Healthy Life Agritec Private Limited.In FY 2022, the Company acquired 2 subsidiary companies in the name of Healthy Life Agro Private Limited and Healthy Life farm Private Limited.

The Company made its public offer by issuing 10,00,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of RS 10 each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 10 Crore in July, 2022.The Company commissioned state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing facility on December 23, 2024.
