AGM 31/08/2023 Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 25th August, 2023 to Thursday, 31st August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and for the payment of final dividend for financial year 2022-23, if declared at the AGM. Accordingly, the date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members of the Company to receive Dividend is Thursday, 24th August, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 28.07.2023) Copy of 51st AGM Notice and Annual Report for FY 2022-23 are attached. (As Per Bse Announcement Dated on 31.07.2023) Attached (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 31.08.2023) Attached Shareholders in their 51st Annual General Meeting held on 31st August, 2023 have declared a final dividend for the FY 2022-23 at the rate of 425% i.e Rs. 42.50 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each. The same will be paid within 30 days from 31st August, 2023. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 01/09/2023)
