(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 04.07.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed proceedings of the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Friday, July 28, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. through electronic mode (video conference or other audio-visual means) and concluded at 5:32 p.m. Please find enclosed the voting results along with the scrutinizers report for the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the brief details of amendment to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, duly approved by the Members at the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting.
