COMPANY AND INDUSTRY STRUCTURE AND DEVELOPMENT:

The company is operative in textile segment but does not have any manufacturing facility now. The company has revived its operations from last quarter of previous financial year after OTS and withdrawal of DRT case.

OPERATIONAL & FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE:

During the year under review, the Company has not incurred revenue from operation as compared to previous year Rs. 227.17. Further the Company have earned from long-term capital gain, notional profit on investment and short-term capital gain of Rs. 70.07 as other income.

OUTLOOK / DRT CASE / OTS:

During the year under review, the company has not made any One-Time Settlement or filed any cases in DRT.

INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEMS AND THEIR ADEQUACY:

The Company has proper and adequate systems of internal controls.

HUMAN RESOURCES:

The Company regards the human resource and considers them as most valuable asset of the organization and the key to bring in progress.
