PropShare Investment Manager Private Limited is the Investment Manager. Axis Trustee Services Limited acts as Trustee to the Trust. Project Titania, which is part of the G Corp Tech Park, is a Grade A+ campus style development, with LEED Platinum (O&M), WELL Health & Safety and BEE 5-star certifications. It has completed ~300 meters from the metro station providing access to the upcoming Kasarvadavali station on the upcoming metro line 4 connecting Wadala, to Gaimukh, Thane, MMR. PropShare Titania is the second scheme launched by Property Share Investment Trust, Indias first small and medium real estate investment trust registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
