Roopa Screen Limited was incorporated as Roopa Screen Private Limited on April 12, 2013, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Company was converted from private limited to public limited and the name of Company was changed from Roopa Screen Private Limited to Roopa Screen Limited dated June 02, 2025.The Company commenced its operations of first unit at Narol district of Ahmedabad in 2013. At present, Company is engaged in manufacturing of rotary nickel screens, which are used in rotary screen-printing machines, primarily by the textile manufacturers for continuous printing on fabrics.

Rotary nickel screens are cylindrical, perforated metal screens that act as stencils in rotary screen-printing machines, through which printing paste is applied to imprint patterns and designs on fabrics.In 2025, Company has supplied the rotary nickel screens to over 200+ customers across India. In addition to manufacturing of rotary nickel screens, it also engaged in the trading of nickel cathodes, which are primarily used as a key raw material in the production process of nickel screens. In addition to manufacturing facilities in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Company operate a godown at Surat, Gujarat and a sales depot at Panipat, Haryana.

These facilities function as stocking and distribution points in important textile hubs, to support timely deliveries, manage logistics efficiently and provide customers with easier access to products.The Company is planning a fresh issue initial public offering of 29,20,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
