The Company is having its operations in the State of Punjab (Mohali) and Himachal Pradesh (Una) and is engaged in the manufacturing of Footwear comprising of the facilities including Rubber Outsole Moulding, EVA Sheet, Cutting and preparation, Stitching, Assembly line for shoes. The footwear division manufactures goods for various companies such as Bata, Fila etc.The Company has facilities like Rubber Outsole moulding, EVA sheet, IMEVA, stockfitting, Cutting and preparation, Stitching, Assembly line for Shoes equipped with latest machinery from leading machine manufacturers across the globe.
It is currently producing items for the Sports Footwear segment of the market - mostly EVA Flip Flops, Lifestyle Footwear, Sports Sandals, Sports Shoes - Die-Cut Jogger & Running Shoes with IMEVA midsole.The Company was a prominent player in Indias footwear manufacturing sector and has a three decade long existence to boast of in the footwear Industry. The Company successfully emerged from the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) in July 2024. The Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench, approved the resolution plan, paving the way for the companys rehabilitation and restructuring.Following the CIRP, SRIL underwent significant restructuring, including the reorganization of its share capital and shareholding.
Bazel International Limited (BIL) emerged as the new holding company, assuming control over SRILs operations. This transition has been instrumental in revitalizing the companys management structure and operational strategies.During the year 2024-25, the Company did not undertake any substantial business operations, as it was undergoing a transitional phase following the successful completion of the CIRP. Post-resolution, the management has been focused on the strategic revival and restructuring of the Companys operations.
As part of its turnaround strategy, the Company has forayed into the digital commerce and online marketing space, to tap into new-age consumer behaviour and evolving market trends. To initiate business operations and re-establish its market presence, the Company has launched a new brand, Pacalop, signalling its commitment to innovation, adaptability, and sustainable growth.
