It offer a diverse range of high-quality hand crafted gold jewellery in 22-karat and 18-karat. Gold jewellery are hallmarked as per BIS standard in accordance with regulatory guidelines.The Company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and is planning the IPO of 40,000,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each, comprising a fresh issue of 30,000,000 equity shares and the offer for sale of 10,000,000 Equity Shares.
