The trading industry continues to play an important role in facilitating the movement of goods and products across various markets. The sector is influenced by factors such as domestic and global economic conditions, demand and consumption trends, commodity prices, availability of products, logistics and transportation costs, foreign exchange movements, interest rates, regulatory developments and changes in customer preferences.
During the financial year under review, the trading environment remained dynamic, with fluctuations in input and commodity prices, changing market demand, competitive pressures and evolving regulatory requirements. Companies operating in the trading segment continue to focus on efficient sourcing, inventory management, customer relationships, cost optimization and timely execution of orders.
The Company continues to monitor market developments closely and intends to leverage emerging business opportunities while maintaining prudent risk management and working capital discipline.

III) SEGMENT-WISE PERFORMANCE
The primary segment of the Company mainly consists of investments and trading in quoted and unquoted equities broking or sub-broking. The Company operates only in lndia which is the only reportable geographical segment. There being no secondary reportable segments, no segmental information has been provided.

The Company expects the trading environment to remain competitive and dynamic. Market conditions are likely to continue to be influenced by domestic economic activity, global developments, commodity and product prices, customer demand, interest rates, logistics costs and regulatory changes.
The Company intends to pursue growth opportunities in its existing trading activities while maintaining focus on margins, working capital efficiency, inventory management and prudent risk management.
The management remains cautiously optimistic about the Companys business prospects and will continue to evaluate opportunities for sustainable and profitable growth.
V) RISKS AND CONCERNS
Industry is always facing the risk of adverse effects on business on account of both Internal & external factors. The capability of execution and completion of mandates remains a challenge
on account of various factors. Many mid-market participants to cope up with fast growing and changing landscape in the financial market. It is also facing risk of Insider trading, Lack of transparency, Oversubscription of shares & Problems related to the settlement mechanism.
The capital market also poses major challenges as of taming derivatives, regulatory overhang, the demise of proprietary trading, sustained volatility and increased concentration etc. So there is a requirement for further development in Capital Market.
The business of the Company may be affected by factors affecting capital markets such as price and volume volatility, Interest rates, currency exchange rates, foreign investment, government policy changes, political and economic developments and economic performance abroad.
VI) INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM
The Company has an adequate system of internal financial controls commensurate with the size and nature of its business.
The internal control framework covers, inter alia, financial reporting, authorization of transactions, safeguarding of assets, inventory management, receivables, payables and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The management periodically reviews the effectiveness of internal controls. Based on the assessment carried out during the year, the Company believes that its internal financial control systems are adequate and operating effectively.
VII) DISCUSSION ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE WITH RESPECT TO OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE
The operation basic business activities of the company are investment and trading quoted and unquoted equities, broking. The Company has not done any broking activity during the year. However, sold few scrips held by the Company.

The Companys human resources are an important component of its business operations. The Company continues to focus on maintaining an appropriate organizational structure and providing a conducive working environment for its employees.
The Company believes that employee engagement, capability development and retention of competent personnel are important for achieving sustainable business growth.
As on March 31, 2026, the total number of employees of the Company was 2.
IX) DISCLOSURE OF ACCOUNTING TREATMENT
Your company follows Accounting Standards as prescribed by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for preparation of financial statements; there is no other such different treatment followed for the same.
X) STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
The Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director makes a declaration at each Board Meeting regarding compliance with provisions of various statutes after obtaining confirmation from respective units of the Company. The Company Secretary ensures compliance with Company Law, SEBI and other corporate laws applicable to the Company.
