Simandhar Impex Limited was incorporated as Public Limited Company dated December 15, 2023, with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. A Scheme of Arrangement was filed with the Registrar of Companies between Parshva Enterprises Limited (PEL) and the Company, whereby Parshva Enterprises Limited is demerged into the Company, pursuant to the order passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench on October 13, 2025 through the Scheme of Arrangement Also said that, the Jewellery Business Undertaking was part of Parshva Enterprises Limited and has been transferred to the Company as a going concern effective from October 17, 2025. Pursuant to the Scheme, 30,56,925 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each have been allotted and issued by the Company through the Scheme of Arrangement on December 22, 2025.
