SJP Ultrasonics Limited was incorporated on January 27, 2012 as SJP Ultrasonics Private Limited, dated January 27, 2012 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Further, Company converted the status into a Public Limited Company and got the name changed to SJP Ultrasonic Limited via fresh Certificate of incorporation w.e.f. November 16, 2023 at ROC, Mumbai.

The Company was incorporated with the main object to manufacture and supply machineries for providing Plastic and Plastic Welding Solutions. Company is an end-to-end plastic joining solution providers and automation experts, offering specialised solutions mainly in the Automotive industry and industries related to Medical, Electrical, Electronics, Textile, FMCG, Toys, Gift & Stationery, Food & Packaging & Educational Institutes. Over the years, Company has designed a distinctive integrated procurement system, with international manufacturers engaged into the production of ultrasonic plastic welding equipment.Owing to the diverse application of products and services, Company keep a track record of serving various industries, such as automotive, medical, electrical, electronics, gift and stationery, textile, food cutting, agriculture, defence, educational institution, furniture, etc.

The manufacturing plant is located at Vasai East, in Palghar District of Maharashtra. Certain ultrasonic plastic and vibration welding machines are imported from international manufactures. Company has entered into an agreement for services support and demo location executed at Chennai since 2024.

Company is planning the fresh issue initial public offer of 35,00,000 Equity Shares having the face value Rs 10 per equity.
