Sollfege Smart Electronics Limited was originally incorporated as a Denn Audio Private Limited on November 09, 2012 with the Registrar of Companies - Kolkata, West Bengal. The name of the Company was changed to Sollfege Electronics Private Limited dated January 06, 2023. Subsequently, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Sollfege Electronics Limited dated November 20, 2024.

Further the name was changed to Sollfege Smart Electronics Limited vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 24, 2025 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.The Company currently operates three showrooms in Kolkata, Gurgaon, and Bhubaneswar. The Company opened its first store at Kolkata during 2013, launched Gurgaon showroom in 2019 and the Bhubaneswar Showroom in 2024. The Company operates in the premium segment of audio, video, home automation, smart living, lifestyle, and wellness solutions in India.

It is engaged in the distribution, integration, and implementation of technologically advanced, design-focused solutions for high-end residential, commercial, and institutional spaces. Through continuous alignment with changing consumer preferences, rapid technological advancements, and global premium lifestyle trends, Sollfege has transitioned from being a traditional electronics distributor to a comprehensive, integrated solutions provider. This strategic transformation has enabled the Company to cater to more discerning customer base that seeks sophisticated, future-ready, and fully integrated living environments.The Company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and is planning for IPO by issuing 39,60,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each through Fresh Issue.
