MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS REPORT
Industry Structure and Development - Indian Economy
Healthcare is one of Indias largest and most significant sectors, both in terms of revenue generation and employment. The Indian healthcare sector continues to grow at a healthy pace, supported by expanding healthcare coverage, improving services, increasing health awareness, and rising expenditure by both public and private sector participants.
Ayurveda is witnessing a significant resurgence in India, with consumers increasingly embracing it as a holistic approach to health and wellness rather than viewing it merely as an alternative form of medicine. Growing awareness of preventive healthcare, natural wellness, and traditional practices is further supporting the development of the Ayurveda and wellness industry.
The COVID-19 pandemic brought health, immunity, and preventive wellness to the forefront of consumer consciousness. It accelerated a shift in consumer behaviour, with greater spending on fitness and wellness activities, natural foods, health supplements, and specialized diets. This heightened focus on immunity and preventive health continues to influence consumer choices.
The growing adoption of digital platforms for accessing information on health, wellness, nutrition, and preventive care has emerged as a significant trend, creating new opportunities for companies operating in the sector. Digital channels are enabling consumers to access health-related information and products more conveniently, while also allowing businesses to reach a wider consumer base.
As growth in more developed markets such as the United States begins to moderate, emerging markets with expanding middle-class populations are attracting increasing attention. Consumers are increasingly recognizing the long-term value of investing in their health and wellness today for a healthier future.
In India, where access to quality healthcare infrastructure remains uneven across regions, this evolving consumer mindset, coupled with increasing health awareness, digital adoption, and the growing acceptance of traditional wellness practices, could contribute to the emergence of a more balanced and preventive approach to healthcare and wellness.
The transition towards clean and sustainable energy has become a key priority for India. With increasing energy demand, environmental concerns, and the need to reduce dependence on conventional sources of energy, renewable energy is expected to play an increasingly important role in Indias energy mix.
The Government of India has been actively promoting the adoption of renewable energy and has set ambitious targets for increasing the share of clean energy in the countrys overall energy mix. These initiatives, supported by various policy measures, incentives, and programmes, have created significant opportunities for private sector participation in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar power.
Indias favourable solar potential, growing demand for clean energy, and continued policy support are expected to provide a strong foundation for the expansion of solar energy capacity and related infrastructure. This presents significant opportunities for businesses operating across the renewable energy value chain.

RISKS AND OPPORTUNITIES
Regulatory concerns, changing consumer perceptions, increasing competition, environmental and climate-related challenges, and the proliferation of counterfeit products are among the key concerns facing the Ayurveda industry. At the same time, keeping pace with evolving technologies remains a major challenge for the green energy business.
Regulatory agencies across the world are increasingly focusing on the quality, efficacy, safety, and standardization of herbal medicines. This growing regulatory focus places greater emphasis on robust quality-control systems, product safety, scientific validation, and compliance with applicable standards, while also creating opportunities for companies that are able to consistently deliver high- quality and trusted products.
People are becoming increasingly conscious of their diet, nutritional intake, immunity, and overall well-being. Our company offers a range of products designed to support immunity and promote better health among both adults and children.
From an Ayurvedic perspective, many natural herbs and ingredients commonly found in our kitchens have traditionally been valued for their potential to support immunity and overall wellness.
