These services include flights, accommodation, cruise booking, car rentals, visa assistance and more, offered by various service providers. Company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and is planning the aggregate issuance of 22,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, comprising a fresh issue of 17,50,000 equity shares and the offer for sale of 4,50,000 equity shares.
