In 2014, the Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Lewis to launch Lewis Value360, thereby reinforcing its commitment to global standards in communications.In 2019, the evolution continued with a strategic investment by the promoters into Irida Interactive Private Limited (ClanConnect), to leverage the power of digital engagement and social influence.

Initially focused on delivering PR services-including crisis management, media relations, internal communications, and online PR-the Company consistently redefined communication strategies and crafted compelling brand narratives.Company came up with the IPO for the aggregate issuance of 42,54,000 Equity shares of Rs 10 each and raised funds of Rs 41.69 crore, consisting a fresh issue of 38,29,200 equity shares amounting to Rs 37.53 crores and the offer for sale of 4,24,800 equity shares amounting to Rs 4.16 crore on May 6, 2026.
