Vinod Texworld Limited was originally incorporated as Shree Shiv Shakti Cot-Fab Private Limited as a Private Limited Company dated July 19, 2012 with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Subsequently in FY 2016-17, Vinod Mangalchand Mittal, Harsh Vinod Mittal and Yash Vinod Mittal acquired 100% shareholding in the Shree Shiv Shakti Cot-Fab Private Limited. Subsequently, Company changed its name from Shree Shiv Shakti Cot-Fab Private Limited to Vinod Fabtex Private Limited on March 08, 2018 with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.

Subsequently, the name was again changed from Vinod Fabtex Private Limited to Vinod Texworld Private Limited dated May 25, 2018. Company manufacture and sells its products like Dyed Fabric and Printed Fabric. It also supplies dyed and printed fabrics to buyers across India and the international markets.

Company is planning a fresh issue through its initial public offering of 45,56,800 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
