Genesys International Corporation Limited has informed to the exchanges regarding board meeting to approve the Scheme of Amalgamation.
According to the filing, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 19, 2022, to consider and approve the scheme of amalgamation / merger of Virtual World Spatial Technologies Private Limited (VWSTPL) a wholly owned subsidiary, with Genesys International Corporation Limited (GICL).
On Friday at around 9:16 AM, Genesys International was trading at Rs472.65 per share lower by 1.38% on the BSE.
