MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS REPORT

1. INDUSTRY OVERVIEW

The global technology landscape is undergoing a significant transformation driven by rapid advancements in Artificial Intelligence ("AI"), cloud computing, high-performance computing, semiconductor technologies, data analytics, automation and digital infrastructure. AI is increasingly becoming a fundamental technology across industries, resulting in substantial growth in demand for computing power, data storage, networking infrastructure, specialized semiconductor components and technology- enabled services.

The increasing adoption of generative AI, machine learning, large language models, AI-enabled enterprise applications and intelligent automation is creating a structural requirement for high-performance computing infrastructure. This transformation is also increasing demand for AI-ready data centres equipped with advanced computing systems, high-speed networking, specialized cooling solutions, reliable power infrastructure and enhanced security systems.

At the same time, semiconductors have emerged as a strategically important component of the global digital economy. AI accelerators, graphics processing units, central processing units, memory, networking chips, sensors and other specialized semiconductor components are essential for the development and deployment of modern AI and digital applications.

The convergence of AI infrastructure, semiconductor technology, cloud computing and technology services presents significant opportunities for businesses operating across the digital infrastructure ecosystem.

2. GLOBAL AI AND DATA CENTRE INDUSTRY

The growth of AI applications is driving a substantial increase in demand for data centre capacity. Traditional data centres are increasingly being complemented by AI-focused facilities designed to support high-density computing workloads.

AI data centres require substantially higher computing capacity and power density than conventional data centre environments. The deployment of accelerated computing infrastructure has consequently increased the importance of advanced power management, liquid and hybrid cooling systems, high-speed interconnects, resilient network architecture and efficient data centre design.

The industry is also witnessing increased investment in hyperscale data centres, cloud infrastructure, edge computing facilities and AI infrastructure platforms. Enterprises across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, retail, logistics and media are increasingly integrating AI into their business processes.

India is well positioned to participate in this growth due to its expanding digital economy, availability of technology talent, increasing cloud adoption, growing data consumption and strategic importance as a global technology and services destination.

3. SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY

Semiconductors are at the core of modern computing and digital technologies. The rapid adoption of AI is creating demand for increasingly sophisticated semiconductor components capable of handling large-scale computational workloads efficiently.

AI workloads require specialized processors and accelerators with high computational performance, memory bandwidth and energy efficiency. This has resulted in increased focus on AI chips, GPUs, CPUs, application-specific integrated circuits ("ASICs"), memory technologies, networking components and other advanced semiconductor solutions.

The global semiconductor industry is also undergoing structural changes, including diversification of manufacturing locations, development of domestic semiconductor ecosystems and increased investment in semiconductor design, manufacturing, packaging and testing capabilities.

Indias semiconductor ecosystem is developing rapidly, supported by government initiatives, increasing private-sector investments, growing domestic demand and the countrys established engineering and technology capabilities. The development of semiconductor-related infrastructure is expected to create opportunities across design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging, equipment, software and allied technology services.

4. AI TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

The increasing adoption of AI by enterprises is creating demand for technology services covering AI strategy, implementation, application development, data engineering, machine learning, cloud migration, cybersecurity, automation, analytics and managed technology services.

Organizations are increasingly seeking technology partners capable of integrating AI into existing business processes while maintaining scalability, security, reliability and regulatory compliance. This presents opportunities for service providers with capabilities in AI implementation, cloud infrastructure, data management and enterprise technology integration.

AI technology services are expected to evolve from experimental and pilot projects towards enterprise-wide deployment, with increasing emphasis on measurable business outcomes, operational efficiency, automation and responsible use of AI.
