The Board has approved the re-appointment of M/s. Bansi S. Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 100991W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for second term of five years to hold office from the conclusion of 143rd Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 148th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2028, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 143rd AGM of the Company. Pursuant to SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 a brief profile of M/s. Bansi S. Mehta & Co is also enclosed. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed for the purpose of Annual General Meeting from 2nd September, 2023 to 8th September, 2023, both days inclusive. The Board decided that the 143rd Annual General Meeting of the Company would be held on 8th September, 2023 at 3.30 p.m. through video conference/other audio visual means.
