In 2018, it launched Chtrbox Represent - a dedicated talent management division aimed at empowering Indias emerging digital talent. In 2020, launched BharatBox - Indias first integrated marketing platform for Regional Creators.In 2021, Company acquired Chatterbox by QYOU Media Inc., TSX Venture Exchange Listed Canadian Influencer Marketing Group for going global by Chtr International; launched Chtrsocial, a dedicated social media management and brand design wing in 2022.

Company is planning a fresh issue of 37,27,200 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each by way of IPO.
