Dalmia Industrial Development Limited (DIDL) was incorporated as a public limited Company on 4th November, 1982 and received Certificate for Commencement of Business on 16 November, 1982 under the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The Company has allotted 2,00,00,000 Equity Shares to Non-Promoters on Preferential Basis in Compliance with Section 81(1)(A) of the Companies Act, 1956 and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2009. The Company also entered into Tri-partite Agreement with Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited.

The Company was established with the main object to promote the establishment and growth of industries and industrial undertakings. It offer various kinds of Indian Ethnic Sarees namely: Designer Embroidered Sarees, Designer Semi Embroidered Sarees, Designer Printed Sarees, Bridal Suites, and Traditional Sarees. DIDL help the womens to connect with her real heritage in these modern times.The Company has got its listing approval in Bombay Stock Exchange vide its letter dated May 27, 2016 and effective from May 31, 2016.
