First Custodian Fund (India) Limited was incorporated on May 7, 1985. From the day of its inception, Company had concentrated on lease and hire purchase activities only. In view of the opportunities arising out of liberalisation of the Indian economy, the management of the Company has decided to concentrate on the capital markets.

Management has been restructured by inducting qualified and experienced professionals from the capital markets.The Company is a member of National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India and its providers brokerage services in securities as well as deals / invests in shares & securities. It derives income from the sale of securities in the secondary market.
