Basis for Opinion
We conducted our audit in accordance with the Standards on Auditing (SAs) specified under section 143(10) of the Act. Our responsibilities under those Standards are further described in the Auditors Responsibilities for the Audit of the Financial Statements section of our report. We are independent of the Company in accordance with the Code of Ethics issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ( ICAI ) together with the ethical requirements that are relevant to our audit of the financial statements under the provisions of the Act and the Rules thereunder, and we have fulfilled our other ethical responsibilities in accordance with these requirements and the Code of Ethics. We believe sufficient that the audit evidence we have obtained is appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion.
Key Audit Matters
Key audit matters are those matters that, in our professional judgment, were of most significance in our audit of the financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026. These matters were addressed in the context of our audit of the financial statements as a whole, and in forming our opinion thereon, and we do not provide a separate opinion on these matters.
| Sr. No. Key Audit Matters | How the Key Audit Matter were addressed in our audit |
| 1. Revenue Recognition: Cut Off Risk | |
| As stated in Note 2.10 of accounting policies to the financial statements, revenue from sale of goods is recognized when the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods are transferred to the buyer and are recorded net of trade discounts, rebates, and Goods and Service Tax. | Our audit procedures, in respect of this matter included but not limited to the following: |
| Revenue from services is recognized pro-rata over the period of the contract as and when services are rendered and the collectability is reasonably assured. The revenue is recognized net of Goods and service tax. | • We performed an understanding of the systems and processes for recognising revenue. |
| The application of these policies requires management to exercise judgment in determining the timing of transfer of control, especially around the reporting date. There is a risk that revenue may be recorded in the incorrect accounting period due to inappropriate cut-off. | • Evaluated the design and implementation of key internal controls over revenue recognition, including controls relating to dispatch, delivery documentation, and billing. |
| Accordingly, we identified year end recognition of revenue as a key audit matter. | • Tested the operating effectiveness of controls over recording of revenue transactions and cut-off at the year-end. |
| • Obtained supporting documentation, on a sample basis for revenue transactions recorded near to balance sheet date to determine whether revenue was recognised in the correct period. | |
| • We performed cut-off testing by tracing sample of revenue transactions around the period end to customer acceptance or proof of delivery, to ensure significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods are transferred to the customers before recognition of revenue. | |
| • Reviewed contractual terms with customers to evaluate the appropriateness of the timing of revenue recognition. | |
| • For service contracts, assessed the basis of revenue recognition over time, including verifying contract terms and testing revenue recognized with reference to the period of service delivery. | |
| • Evaluated the adequacy of disclosures relating to revenue in the financial statements. | |
| 2. Provision for warranty | |
| The Company estimates and provides for liability for product warranties in the year in which the products are sold. These estimates are established using historical information on the nature, frequency, quantum of warranty claims and corrective actions against product failures and the estimates are reviewed annually for any material changes in assumptions. The cost of warranty are recorded on best estimate of costs of repairing and replacing products and spares within the warranty period. The timing of outflows will vary based on the actual warranty claims. The determination of warranty provision is associated with unavoidable estimation uncertainties. Because of the quantitative significance, complexity and level of judgement involved, there is a risk of inappropriate and inadequate provision for warranty obligation. | Our audit procedures, in respect of this matter included but not limited to the following: |
| Accordingly, we identified warranty provisions as a key audit matter. | • Obtained an understanding of the warranty claims process and evaluated the design, implementation and tested operating effectiveness of internal controls over the provision for warranties. |
| Also refer Note 2.18 of accounting policies to the financial statements in relation to provisions. | • Assessed the management estimate of warranty provision for consistency with prior periods and industry practices. |
| • Tested the accuracy and completeness of underlying data used in the estimation, including historical warranty claims and sales data. | |
| • Compared historical estimates of warranty provisions with actual claims incurred to evaluate the reliability of managements estimation process. | |
| • Carried out reconciliation’s with the sales data to determine completeness of transactions on which warranty obligation is determined. | |
| • Reviewed contracts with customers for terms of warranty contained therein and the estimation of warranty provision on the basis of these terms. | |
| • Evaluated the adequacy of disclosures relating to warranty provisions in the financial statements. |

• Identify and assess the risks of material misstatement of the financial statements, whether due to fraud or error, design and perform audit procedures responsive to those risks, and obtain audit evidence that is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion. The risk of not detecting a material misstatement resulting from fraud is higher than for one resulting from error, as fraud may involve collusion, forgery, intentional omissions, misrepresentations, or the override of internal control.
• Obtain an understanding of internal control relevant to the audit in order to design audit procedures that are appropriate in the circumstances. Under section 143(3)(i) of the Act, we are also responsible for expressing our opinion on whether the company has internal financial controls with reference to financial statements in place and the operating effectiveness of such controls.

Our conclusions are based on the audit evidence obtained up to the date of our auditor s report.
However, future events or conditions may cause the Company to cease to continue as a going concern.
• Evaluate the overall presentation, structure and content of the financial statements, including the disclosures, and whether the financial statements represent the underlying transactions and events in a manner that achieves fair presentation.
We communicate with those charged with governance regarding, among other matters, the planned scope and timing of the significant audit findings, including and any significant deficiencies in internal control that we identify during our audit.

Inherent Limitations of Internal Financial Controls With reference to Financial Statements
Because of the inherent limitations of internal financial controls with reference to financial statements, including the possibility of collusion or improper management override of controls, material misstatements due to error or fraud may occur and not be detected. Also, projections of any evaluation of the internal financial controls with reference to financial statements to future periods are subject to the risk that the internal financial control with reference to financial statements may become inadequate because of changes in conditions, or that the degree of compliance with the policies or procedures may deteriorate.
