Company launched the IPO through a fresh issue of 37,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10, by raising Rs 52.91 crores in October, 2025.
Company is a leading manufacturer of an extensive range of Mild Steel sections and structural steel products, including MS Flat Bars, MS Round Bars, MS Angles, and Channels. It currently operate through two manufacturing plants which are located at Changodar in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As of May 31, 2025, the combined installed capacity of these plants is 36,000 metric tons per annum (MTPA), with Unit 1 having an installed capacity of 18,000 MTPA and Unit 2 having 18,000 MTPA.
