Later, under the leadership of his successor Shri Narayan Prasad Lohia, Shri Ram Kumar Lohia, and Late Krishan Kumar Lohia, the business grew significantly. In 1992, the second generation of Lohia family transitioned into a corporate structure under N R Design Centre Private Limited and further in 1998, first factory was set up in Hooghly, Kolkata to commence the production of Cotton Sarees.In 2004, the third generation of Lohia Family i.e. Shri Prabhu Lohia and Shri Gyanesh Lohia joined the leadership team and their involvement in the business, ramp up the production of printed sarees per day.
In year 2016 and 2023, they expanded product range to Salwar Suits and Bedsheets, respectively. It followed the expansion of operations with the opening of Warehouse in Jetpur, Rajkot, and Gujarat in 2017. Over the years, Company has scaled up its production to 3000 printed sarees per day and 1000 Bedsheets per day.Company launched the IPO of 61,98,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each by raising funds of Rs 27.89 Crores in May, 2025.
