Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 42(2) of the SEBI (LODR), 2015 that the Register of Member and Share Transfer Book of the Companywill remain closed from Wednesday 20th September, 2023 to Tuesday 26th September, 2023 (Both Days Inclusive). (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 06/09/2023) We write to inform you that the 39th AGM of the Company was duly convened and held on 26th September, 2023 at 10.30 A.M. through Physical mode at the Registered office of the Company. In Compliance to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 Please find enclosed a summary of the proceedings of the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
