Prima Innovation Ltd Company Summary

Prima Innovation Limited was incorporated as Public company under the Companies Act, 2013 with the Central Registration Centre dated June 20, 2024. The Company is engaged in Material handling business having state of art facility at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. Prior to the Scheme of Arrangement becoming effective, Company was a wholly owned subsidiary of Prima Plastics Limited.

The Company was incorporated with the objective to engage in business of Rotational Moulding Business. Pursuant to the Scheme becoming effective on March 31, 2026, the Rotational Moulding Business of Prima Plastics Limited, having its manufacturing facility in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh and Daman, Gujarat got demerged in the Company as a going concern basis with effect from July 1, 2024. The Company has allotted 1,10,00,470 Equity Shares to the shareholders of Prima Plastics Limited.

In terms of the said Demerger Scheme, 1 equity share of the Company having the face value Rs 5 each has been issued for every 1 share held in Prima Plastics Limited as per Share Entitlement Ratio. The same have been listed on the BSE India on August 7, 2026.
