In 2022, the Company achieved by installing more than 100 kilometers of high-pressure steel pipelines across India, catering to various city gas companies needs; in 2023, it installed nearly over 20,000+ household piped connections for various city gas companies, by improving the access for families across India.The Company issued 22,48,000 equity shares having face value Rs 10 each and raised a fresh issue of 14.16 crore on February 12,2024. The Company has incorporated Rudra Global Green Energy Pvt Ltd as a subsidiary Company on January 3, 2025 for Providing Businesswith respect to transmit, distribute, sell, supply many types of solar energy, renewable energy using nonconventional and renewable sources including but not limited to windmill, heat, solar, hydro, wave, tidal, ocean, geo thermal, biomass, hydrogen.
