In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company we have intimated about the closure of Trading Window vide our letter dated September 17 2025.
