As consideration for the demerger of the Iron Ore Business Undertaking, VISL has issued and allotted its 3,91,06,86,689 equity shares to the eligible shareholders of VEDL holding fully paid-up equity shares in the ratio of 1:1. 391,03,88,057equity shares of Re 1 each have been allotted by the Company pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger.
