Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd Q4 net profit zooms 22.6% at ₹19 crore Income from operations of the company increased by 29.74% YoY to ₹74.28 crore during the quarter under review. Revenue from operations increased by 38.8% YoY to ₹163 crore against ₹117.4 crore reported in the corresponding period last year.
EBITDA at operational level grew 6.7% YoY to ₹33.5 crore versus ₹31.4 crore in Q4 FY24. EBITDA margin decreased, despite the strong EBITDA growth to 20.6% from 26.8% in the prior year.
Total bookings in Q4FY24, at ₹381 crore, were 18% higher compared to ₹323 crore a year ago. There was no large YOY shift and collections remained stable at ₹215 crore.
As on March 31, 2025, the company had net debt of ₹27 crore compared with net cash of ₹41 crore in the same quarter a year ago. The net debt-equity ratio was 0.04, compared to a negative ratio of (0.10) in the prior fiscal year, which indicates improvement in financial risk as a the company increase its leverage.
During the quarter, Arvind SmartSpaces has executed a large residential plotted development in the Sanand-Nalsarovar corridor in Ahmedabad over 150 acres, with expected topline potential of ₹600 crore.
For FY25, the bookings were higher at ₹1,271 crore (+15% YoY) and collections at ₹942 crore (+7% YoY). Long-term revenue from operations almost doubled to ₹713 crore up 109% YoY reflecting strong business momentum. The company’s adjusted EBITDA increased 130% YoY to ₹196.2 crore for FY25, reflecting operational leverage. Net Profit for FY25, also increased by 133% YoY, from INR 51.1 crore in FY24 to INR 119.2 crore.
In the past few years, Arvind SmartSpaces has bagged new projects with a topline potential of ₹4,450 crore in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The board of directors has proposed a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share of the face value of ₹10 (60%) for FY25, subject to the approval of members at the company’s AGM.
