NMDC Limited posted robust results for the quarter ended March 2025. The business logged an 8% increase in revenue for the quarter ended March 2025. It stated that revenue from operations jumped to ₹7,004.60 Crore in the fourth quarter. In the previous corresponding quarter, the business logged a revenue of ₹6,489 Crore.
The business reported a net profit of ₹1,483.40 Crore in the quarter ended March 2025. In the year-ago period, the business logged a net profit of ₹1,416 Crore.
Despite strong topline and bottom line, EBITDA slipped to ₹2,051 Crore. It was 2.4% lower than ₹2,101 Crore in the previous corresponding quarter.
EBITDA margin slipped to 29.28% against 32.29% in the previous quarter ended March 2024.
For FY25, the business said that NMDC’s net profit jumped over 17% to ₹6,538.82 Crore. In the same period, the business logged a net profit of ₹5,571.25 Crore. The business said that the total income grew at ₹25,498.84 Crore in Q4FY25. In FY24, the business reported a total income of ₹22,678.73 Crore.
The company also said that the board of directors also recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per share. This is subject to approval from shareholders. The business already paid an interim dividend of ₹2.30 per share for FY25.
At around 3.21 PM, NMDC was trading 2.67% lower at ₹70.80, against the previous close of ₹72.74 on NSE. The counter touched an intraday low of ₹70.51.
