Hindalco Industries on Friday announced that it has entered into a share purchase agreement with Terrabel Empreedimentos Ltda, a Brazilian firm to divest entire equity shareholding in Hindalco Do Brazil Industria Comercia de Alumina LTDA (HDB).

The debentures are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

The project shall continue for a period of 40-months from the Effective Date.
