In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 18th May, 2022 recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 10%) for the financial year 2021-22 subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
