Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that Shri Jyoti Bhramar Tubid has been appointed as Non-official Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 21.04.2022 in terms of Order No. 78/2/2006-HR-PSU (pt) dated 28th March, 2022 issued by Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India (copy of order enclosed).

The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.18/- per equity share of Rs.2/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23.The Record date of April 29, 2022 fixed for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend has been confirmed by the Board of Directors. The Payment date of the said interim dividend shall be May 11, 2022.
