(HUDCO) at ???Baa3??? level with ???Stable??? outlook, equivalent to that of India???s Sovereign Rating.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, Registers of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 3rd December 2022 to 8th December 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 59th Annual General Meeting.
