In terms of the Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we are pleased to inform that the Board of Directors of AU Small Finance Bank Limited (???the Bank???), at its meeting held on Thursday, 24th November, 2022, on recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has appointed Ms. Malini Thadani (DIN: 01516555) as Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) on the Board of the Bank with effect from 25th November, 2022 for a period of 3 years, subject to the approval of Shareholders. It is further confirmed that Ms. Thadani is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure - I.
