Carlyle Group sells 18.4 million Delhivery shares for Rs 607 crore

On Monday, The Carlyle Group sold shares in Delhivery, a logistics company, for Rs. 607 crore. 18.4 million shares were sold by the private equity giant’s investment business for Rs 330 each.  4.9 million shares were purchased by Morgan Stanley for Rs 160 crore, according to stock exchange statistics.
The Delhivery share post-IPO lock-in period of six months ended on November 20. Following the conclusion of the lock-in period, pre-IPO shareholders of digital businesses like Nykaa, Paytm, and Policybazaar have sold a considerable amount of stock during the previous two weeks. On Tuesday, according to reports, PE company Lighthouse is anticipated to sell additional Nykaa shares valued at Rs 335.
