Digispice Tech's CEO Chandrachur Ghosh resigns

In intraday trading on Friday, Digispice Technologies’ shares fell 7.4% to Rs 26.75 on the BSE after the business announced that Chandrachur Ghosh, its CEO, had submitted his resignation. Shares of the company were down 6.4% at Rs 27 at 11:42 AM compared to a 0.3% decline in the benchmark S&P BSE Sensex. Shares of the company have dropped 39.6% in the current calendar year, compared to a 7% gain in the Sensex index.
The company’s shares are traded in the “B” category and settle in a T+1 cycle. In the September quarter, Digispice Tech recorded consolidated sales of Rs 257 crore, an increase of 18% year over year (YoY) from Rs 237 crore logged in Q2FY22. Additionally, the gross margin slightly increased to 46% from 43% year over year.
