Mukesh Ambani interested in buying Liverpool F.C.

Mukesh Ambani has entered the competition to purchase the prestigious English football team Liverpool FC.

Fenway Sports Group (FSG), the current owners of the English Premier League powerhouses, who purchased the Merseyside club in October 2010, have reportedly hired Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to assist them in selling the club.

The FSG are prepared to sell the club for 4 billion British pounds, according to “The Mirror.”

Ambani, the chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries and the seventh richest person in the world, according to Forbes, has inquired about the club.
