Ashok Leyland Marks Slight Dip in May Sales

Ashok Leyland, a leading Indian multinational automotive manufacturer, announced a marginal 1% decline in total sales for the month of May. According to a statement released by Ashok Leyland, the company reported sales of 13,134 units compared to 13,273 units in May 2022.

Key Highlights:

1. Domestic Sales: The domestic market for Ashok Leyland witnessed a minor 1% dip in sales, with 12,378 units sold in May compared to 12,458 units in the same period last year.
2. Exports: The company’s exports saw a decrease of 7.23%, with 756 units exported in May this year, compared to 815 units in May 2022.
