Tata Technologies and IIT Hyderabad have established a partnership to work together on cutting edge fields such as Software Defined Vehicles (SDV) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
‘As automotive firms work to create SDVs with autonomous technologies, they search for creative solutions and accelerators that can shorten the length of time and expense needed for technology incubation. According to a press statement from the tech company, Tata Technologies and IIT Hyderabad will work together to find solutions that address the unique problems that businesses are having with creating SDVs that use the newest technologies.
The alliance aims to promote automobile technology and create a more environmentally friendly and cutting-edge sector of the economy.
Tata Technologies engineers would receive training at TiHAN centre of IIT, Hyderabad in new technological fields as part of the collaboration.
‘We believe that automotive companies rely on Tata Technologies to address their product development challenges and enable them to conceptualize, develop, and realize better products that are safer, cleaner, and connected,’ stated Warren Harris, MD, and CEO of Tata Technologies in the announcement.
