Ecom Express appoints Prashant Gazipur as Vice President — Process Excellence

Ecom Express Limited, one of the leading technology-enabled end-to-end logistics solutions providers to the e-commerce industry in India, has appointed Prashant Gazipur as Vice President — Process Excellence. He will be based at Ecom Express’ corporate office in Gurugram and will report to T. A. Krishnan, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder. 

In this role, Prashant will be responsible for further enhancing product and process excellence across the company. Leveraging his deep expertise in process governance for digital commerce and allied logistics would help in driving best practices and ensuring all business processes drive integrated performance while meeting customer expectations. Prashant will also be driving initiatives to build capabilities around business resilience and the company’s on-going digital transformation journey.

Prashant has over a decade of experience across large consumer internet companies dealing with e-commerce, payments, and financial services. In his last assignment, Prashant was heading the merchant operations for Paytm. Before Paytm, he has worked with leading firms such as Amazon India, Standard Chartered and STMicroelectronics.

Prashant earned his B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology, Allahabad and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
