7NR Retail board to consider rights issue on April 11

7NR Retail Ltd has informed to the exchanges that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 11, 2022, to discuss and consider issue of Equity Shares of the Company on Rights basis.

The board meeting will be held on April 11, 2022 at 3 PM in Ahmedabad, informed company in a regulatory filing.

On Thursday early morning trade, 7NR Retail was trading at Rs2.39 per piece higher by 4.82% as against previous closing of Rs2.28 per piece on Sensex.
