Brightcom Group bags approval for preferential shares issue and convertible warrants

Brightcom announced to its shareholders that the company has received the in-principle approvals from both Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange to issue and allot 14,00,50,000 fresh equity shares and 1,50,00,000 warrants that are convertible into equity shares to the proposed allottees under its Preferential issue.

Brightcom Group Ltd is currently trading at Rs184 down by Rs4.1 or 2.18% from its previous closing of Rs188.10 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs194 and has touched a high and low of Rs194 and Rs178.70 respectively.

The approval was duly received on 11-January-2022. The company will keep the shareholders posted for further developments related to the issue.
