IndiaMart InterMesh posts 12% yoy growth in revenue for Q4FY22; stock dips ~3%

Indiamart Intermesh Limited reported consolidated Total Revenue from Operations of Rs201 crore in Q4FY22, registering a growth of 12% yoy on the back of an 11% increase in the number of paying subscription suppliers and marginal improvement in realization from existing customers.

Its Consolidated Deferred Revenue grew by 25% yoy to Rs907 crore as of March 31, 2022.

Consolidated EBITDA stood at Rs57 crore and EBITDA margin for Q4FY22 came in at 28% as compared to 48% for Q4FY21.

Consolidated EBIT for Q4FY22 was reported at Rs54 crore with an EBIT margin of 27% in Q4 FY22.

During Q4FY22, Profit before Tax was reported at Rs77 crore and Net Profit stood at Rs57 crore, representing margins of 33% and 25% respectively.

During FY22, consolidated revenue from operations registered a growth of 13% yoy at Rs753 crore.

Its consolidated Net Profit was reported at Rs298 crore in FY22, up by 6% yoy against FY21.

The board of directors of the company has recommended a final dividend of Rs2 per.

The company also approved a buyback of 1,60,000 equity shares during the financial year 2021-22.

At around 9.22 AM, Indiamart Intermesh was trading at Rs4,733.10 down by Rs156.95 or 3.21% from its previous closing of Rs4,890.05 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs4,750.
