28 Nov 2022 , 03:13 PM

Nucleus Software Exports Limited informed that its digital lending platform FinnOne Neo is used by the Bank of Sydney for a better customer experience with a faster approval process and communications.

The Bank intends to improve both internal and external transparency and accountability of its processes by utilising the platform's real-time dashboard for tracking and reporting.

The Bank of Sydney is dedicated to providing genuine value to its employees, customers, communities, and partners. The bank has a clear strategy that is supported by technological transformation to deliver responsible and sustainable growth.

Nucleus Software's Chief Executive Officer, Parag Bhise, was also pleased to state, "Our lending platform is highly configurable, eliminating the need to create a new expensive and complex system from scratch. We believe that the deployment of our FinnOne Neo platform will further empower the Bank of Sydney to improve customer banking experiences."

The majority of all Bank of Sydney applications are now processed through FinnOne Neo, thanks to the successful and smooth launch of the new platform. The adoption of the platform lays a solid foundation for the Bank's future integration and growth.
